Job Overview The Care Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, and day-to-day management of client and caregiver schedules to ensure client needs are met while maintaining staffing efficiency and compliance. Key Essential Functions Scheduling and Staffing Management Coordinate and maintain caregiver and client schedules using agency software. Ensure client shifts are staffed according to care plans and caregiver availability. Secure coverage for caregiver absences, including sick leave, vacation, and extended leave. Manage schedule changes and communicate updates to clients and caregivers. Caregiver and Client Communication Serve as the primary point of contact regarding schedules. Respond to calls from caregivers, clients, and prospective clients. Build positive relationships with caregivers, clients, and office staff. Documentation and Record Management Maintain caregiver and client records, including: Availability Schedule changes Hospital admissions Human Resources Support Document caregiver availability and client matching criteria during orientation. Support employee engagement and retention efforts. Teamwork and Office Administration Promote cooperation and communication among office staff. Perform general office duties such as filing, shredding, copying, mail distribution, reception, and telephone support. Assist with additional projects and duties as assigned. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
