Job Description

KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Raeford center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and cognitive growth, and maintain a welcoming classroom where every child feels valued. You will partner closely with families, communicate progress, and follow all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Supervise children closely, following all health and safety guidelines. Build positive, professional relationships with families and provide regular updates on children's progress. Observe, document, and assess children's developmental milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support program quality and consistency. Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance and behavior management. Prepare classroom materials and organize learning centers and activities. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Uphold Kinder Care policies, licensing regulations, and state requirements.
