Our mission is to create optimal professional environments through a dedicated workforce that focuses on quality service performance. Summary We are seeking a leader/manager to join our team at ESFM. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our clients' core business operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the successful operation and customer service of the janitorial departments Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas, both GMP and Non-GMP . Responsible for recruitment and staff selection process. Creates and maintains janitorial schedules. Assign established work areas and or project duties. Plans and coordinates project work. Attends and participates in departmental staff meetings, development and training courses. Provides and monitors individual guidance and motivation to employees. Participate in facility Quality Assurance Program. Works with chemicals on a constant basis requiring special clothing or safety equipment. Assign equipment to staff; monitors daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance. Ensures that all equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times. Assists janitorial staff on an as needed basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, GMP cleaning and/or facilities maintenance experience. 1 or more years of supervisory/management experience. 3-4 years' experience in GMP cleaning environment is a must have. Knowledge and thorough understanding of cGMP cleaning processes including deviations, CAPA's and corrective actions is a must. Strong work ethics, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations. Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff. Understanding of budgeting processes and awareness of profit and loss concepts. Excellent administrative and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize. Ability to function appropriately under stressful conditions. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet. Knowledge of Pest Control management in a GMP environment is strongly desired.

Full-time Pay:
$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
