Overview Are you passionate about powersports excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Powersports Service Manager to lead our service department with energy, expertise, and enthusiasm! In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the powersports service operation, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and efficient repair processes. Your leadership will drive a high-performance team of technicians, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional service experiences that keep our customers coming back for more. Duties Lead and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides. lawn & garden equipment including lawn mower, snowblower, generators and engines. Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate repair estimates, communicate with customers about services needed, and upsell additional maintenance or accessories when appropriate. Manage all aspects of vehicle diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge to identify issues efficiently. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards by supervising technicians work. Handle customer inquiries professionally—explaining repair procedures clearly and providing updates throughout the service process. Maintain detailed records of service work performed. Qualifications Proven dealership or powersports service management experience with a strong background in diagnostics and repair procedures. Hands-on mechanic experience with a comprehensive understanding of powersports vehicle maintenance. Proficiency with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Demonstrated ability in upselling services and parts effectively to enhance revenue opportunities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; motorcycle endorsement and experience driving powersports vehicles is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with sales skills related to powersports sales and aftermarket accessories. Join us as we power up our team! Pay:
$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
