Job Description
Moritz Sport and Marine is looking to add Experienced Marine and Recreational Vehicle Technicians to our team of Adventure Specialists! Join Bismarck/Mandan's largest Marine and Recreational Vehicle Dealership. We're a very tight knit team that truly enjoys working together as well as doing group events that bond our team together. We enjoy doing activities for our employees such as grill outs, family nights at events, theme parties, etc. We're very community focused. We love to give back to our local communities as they provide us our success. The right candidate for this position will be mechanically inclined, enjoy problem solving, and a good team player who enjoys being a part of a highly productive shop. This position is generally responsible for diagnosing customers' concern, inspecting the customers' vehicles for any other needed repairs, and filling out an estimate sheet so customers make a well informed decision. Specialty tools are provided within the shop, however, interested technicians should expect to come on day one ready to perform with their own tools.
WHAT WE OFFER
Full Time Hourly or Flat Rate:
$20-38 per hour or DOE Monday- Friday 8am
- 5pm Rotating Saturdays 9am

5+ years of technician experience preferred but not necessary Strong teamwork skills Strong commitment to customer satisfaction Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have clean & valid driver's licenseWHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership Test-drive boats or recreational vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing all aspects of marine or recreational vehicles Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsJob Type:
