Mandan, NDKey Responsibilities:
Lead a retail team while ensuring quality customer service, encouraging employee growth and development and achieving assigned metrics and goalsManage and direct branch retail operationsDevelop long-term customer relationships with consumer and business clients while maintaining existing customer relationshipsOpen personal and business deposit accounts and process loan requestsTroubleshoot and resolve the most complex customer and internal inquiriesCross-sell bank products and servicesProcess regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly and accurate mannerQualifications:
3 years demonstrated customer service, sales, and retail banking experience requiredSupervisory and leadership skills preferred2-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade schoolDemonstrated high level of flexible interpersonal skills, customer service, trustworthiness, credibility and diplomacy are requiredWhat We Offer:
