You will:

Conduct visits to ensure care is safe, consistent, and meaningful Address concerns before they become problems Advocate fiercely for your clients and their experience Build Something Bigger Than Yourself This role goes beyond one home, one client, one day.

Support scheduling and team needs when it counts Help welcome and guide new Care Pros Step in and provide care when needed — because leadership here means action What Makes You the Right Person for This You genuinely care about people — and it shows You communicate with empathy, clarity, and confidence You can navigate emotional situations with professionalism and heart You take ownership and follow through You're driven by purpose, not just a paycheck Qualifications High School Diploma required CNA/CMA (preferred or required based on role needs) Valid driver's license & insurance Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Basic understanding of medical terminology
