This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You'll oversee the day-to-day customer service department, manage escalations, improve processes, and be the go-to person for both customers and staff. - Takes initiative without needing constant direction
- Comfortable holding team members accountable while maintaining a positive culture
