    • Front End Associates are responsible for processing all transaction accurately and leaving the customer with a positive impression Reports to: Front end manager Floor manager Assistant store manager Store manager
    Expectations:
    Provides excellent customer service Greets and thanks every customer with each transaction Ensures that every customer has a speedy and pleasant checkout experience Gives the customer their undivided attention during each transaction Maintains and stocks shelves, case displays and coolers at the front of the store Summary As a Front End Manager, you will oversee daily operations at the front end of the retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient inventory management. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will utilize your core skills in team management and POS systems to lead a team, supervise sales activities, and maintain inventory control. Your premium skills in negotiation and employee orientation will enhance team performance and recruitment efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales and team management Proficiency in customer service and cash register operations Familiarity with POS systems and payroll processes Excellent organizational and time management abilities
