Job description: Kroger Packaging is a high-end cosmetic label manufacturing company looking for someone that wants a career, not just a job. We are looking for a highly analytical career-minded individual with critical thinking skills to join our team. Join our team at Kroger Packaging in a junior account manager role to learn about printing manufacturing and gain the necessary skills to grow with the company. Job Summary The Junior Account Manager helps to support the Account Manager who acts as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. The Junior Account Manager helps to support the Account Manager who is the first point of contact with our customer and sets the tone for their Kroger Packaging experience. The Junior Account Manager works closely with the Account Manager, utilizing a diverse knowledge of products, production planning, logistics, and inventory management. They will perform various office duties to support Account Managers in managing the complete order lifecycle from initial customer purchase order to the final delivery of labels. We will train this individual using over 100 years of collective experience and knowledge to allow you to grow into a Lead Account Manager where you are responsible for your own accounts. Primary Responsibilities Perform office duties below to support Account Managers. Create new item specifications/projects. Facilitate quotes and provide pricing. Manage accounts through processing incoming orders, and/or inquiries, managing orders and working with scheduling, to ensure customer's delivery requirements are met. Proactively track order activity, inventory levels, and alert appropriate staff/customers of any potential issues Handle outside purchases for services and materials required for the manufacturing of customer projects. Produce reports and share data with customers. Generate customer issues and support the Quality Manager to obtain information, research, and troubleshoot quality issues. Prepare and complete shipping documents for Federal Express, UPS and other carriers as directed. Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phones, personal computers, and other standard office equipment Light phone duties: Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate individuals, and/ or prepare messages. Maintain office filing systems to ensure timely and organized document retrieval. Critical Skills /

Ability to create Excel spreadsheets with formulas. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred. Prior clerical experience required. Prior manufacturing experience a plus. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer The employee is regularly required to walk, talk or hear Must be able to periodically lift up to 25 pounds
