You'll work closely with clients, therapists, and clinical supervisors to ensure every session is covered and every family receives consistent, reliable care. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Duties Match ABA therapists to new and existing clients based on availability, location, language, and clinical needs Create and maintain weekly schedules for therapists and clients Coordinate with BCBAs and families to ensure client service hours are fulfilled Monitor therapist availability and caseload capacity Adjust schedules promptly in response to cancellations, time-off requests, or other changes Track authorization hours and ensure they are used before expiration Communicate professionally with staff and families to resolve scheduling issues Update data in scheduling software or case management platforms Support the intake team with client onboarding as needed Qualifications Fluent in English and Mandarin High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of administrative, scheduling, or coordination experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes Strong attention to detail Tech-savvy, with the ability to work confidently with scheduling systems and spreadsheets Why Join Us This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
