Job Description
Position Purpose Administer RGA's, credits, OFI's (Opportunity for Improvement) and CC's (Customer Comments) for the division & other divisions (as a shared resource) in accordance with associated operating procedures. Essential Functions Administer and maintain detailed records for RGA's, credits, no-charge shippers & invoice only. Process all OEM OFI's and CC's via ACTION database. Prepare and maintain daily reports Release all new Sales Orders and Order Changes daily in KBM/AS400, generating electronic Sales Order Acknowledgements. Interact closely with Technical Customer Service department, Trailer Account Managers and Quality and plant personnel. Maintain data and create PowerPoint presentations for Management Review. Attend weekly Quality CI (Continuous Improvement) meetings. Participate in audits with internal/external auditors. Other duties as assigned. Education and Training Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in Quality a plus. Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years experience in Customer Service or Sales. Mechanical inclination. PC skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email).
