Job Description
CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking a friendly, organized, and service-driven Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team! This position plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our residents, families, visitors, and referral partners while supporting admissions, marketing, and overall facility operations. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and community partners Create a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with walk-in requests Support the Director of Marketing with referrals, inquiries, tours, and follow-up communication Assist with admissions efforts and census growth Coordinate and monitor room readiness prior to new resident admissions Serve as our First Impressions Champion , helping ensure entrances, common areas, and customer-facing spaces are welcoming and presentable Assist with resident and family engagement programs and facility events Maintain welcome packets, marketing materials, and informational resources Collaborate closely with Admissions, Nursing, Therapy, Social Services, and facility leadership Maintain resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA and CareCore policies Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of customer service, healthcare reception, admissions support, or related healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and multitasking abilities Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor Strong Microsoft Office skills EMR and/or CRM experience preferred Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and referral partners Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & Paid Holidays 401(k) Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth Join CareCore at Margaret Hall and help us make every resident, family member, and visitor feel welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors!
