We are looking for a Service Drive Coordinator to help keep our service drive organized, on schedule, and delivering a great experience for every customer. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills but may not have automotive experience. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Coordinate scheduled oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance appointments Check customers in and gather the necessary vehicle and service information Help keep appointments organized and running on schedule Communicate with customers throughout their visit Work closely with technicians and the service team to keep vehicles moving efficiently Assist customers with basic maintenance questions and service recommendations as you learn the position Keep customer and vehicle information accurate and organized Help ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience Who We're Looking For Highly organized and able to manage multiple things at once Strong at time management and prioritizing Customer-Service driven and enjoys working with people A G o-Getter who takes initiative and stays productive Friendly, confident, and professional Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator No Automotive Experience?
