Job Summary:
The Senior Client Success Manager leads client relationship management and supports coordination of client deliverables across the organization. This role requires understanding of energy management practices. Strong communication and project management skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Program Design Create and manage project plans (tasks, milestones, deliverables), track progress in tools/systems, and keep teams aligned. Delivery Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination Own end-to-end client program delivery to scope, timelines, and OSP processes; monitor performance and quality, and escalate as needed. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to support onboarding and successful implementation. Apply technical understanding to validate deliverables and address customer questions. Client Relationship, Communication & Enablement Serve as primary client contact; build trusted relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Run regular client check-ins to review status, outcomes, and deliverables; communicate progress clearly. Provide client enablement (resources, training, support) to maximize product/service value. Client Outcomes, Performance & Reporting Manage contracts to established processes; report satisfaction and program effectiveness to leadership. Continuous Improvement, Risk Management & Issue Resolution Use analytics, reports, and client feedback to identify trends, investigate issues, and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Energy, Sustainability, Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in account management, strong client relationships, solutions oriented Proven project management and analytical skills Knowledge of electric/gas commodities, RTO/utility programs, renewables and sustainability offerings, behind-the-meter tech, energy data analytics, and vendor capabilities preferred
