CAP Supervisor Department:
Sales - Customer Alliance Program (CAP) Location(s): Maumee, Findlay, Columbus General Summary Supervises the daily operations of the regional Customer Alliance Program (CAP) team while supporting customer relationships, account management, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee regional CAP operations and daily team activities. Supervise, coach, train, and evaluate team members. Support CAP sales efforts by partnering with Account Managers on customer presentations, pricing, and account implementation. Manage new CAP account setup and ongoing account maintenance. Visit customer locations to review inventory performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate CAP meetings and maintain program materials and resources. Develop, maintain, and improve CAP processes and procedures. Support regional quality and operational initiatives. Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Knowledge of warehouse operations, purchasing, and inventory processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems. Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Reports To:
Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or equivalent
Direct Reports:
On-Site Inventory Coordinator, CAP Coordinator Working Conditions Office, warehouse, and customer site environments with occasional travel to customer locations and regional branches.
