Customer Service Manager

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for every client. Responsible for day-to-day communications with customers regarding order entry and schedules. Enter Purchase orders from customers and to vendors. Manage incoming requests for quotation, coordinate with purchasing on vendor pricing, evaluate vendor pricing and deliver finished quotations to customer. Manage expediting list reflecting shipments in from vendors, inventory on hand, and shipments out to customers. Work with customers to fulfill specific expediting requests through our supply chain. Fulfill Customer Service functions for C&L Casting Sales Manufacturer's Representative Firm. Work with Accounting, Shipping and Quality to confirm customer's needs are being met. On Customer's behalf, coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, Shipping and upper management to fulfill customer requirements. May include ERP executions within Quality, Purchasing, Shipping or Financial modules. Other Customer service functions as they develop. Train new CSRs. Any reports upper management may deem necessary.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
