Guarantee Glass & Mirror Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Professional to join our team in Bend, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of a dynamic residential and commercial glazing company, keeping operations running smoothly and customers happy. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the go-to person in the office, we want to hear from you! This is a Part-Time job with potential for Full-Time later down the line if wanting.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with field crews and installers Process work orders, invoices, and billing for residential and commercial glazing projects Maintain and update customer records, project files, and office documentation Support estimating and sales staff with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups Order office and job-related supplies as needed Assist with general administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in an office administrative or customer service role preferred (not necessarily required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software (not necessarily required) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience in construction, glazing, or a trade industry is a plus (not necessarily required but a plus) Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
