About the Role The Client Success Manager I supports employer groups and broker relationships by ensuring successful onboarding, communication, and engagement with the CancerCARE program. This role focuses on account maintenance, relationship development, patient awareness initiatives, routine follow-up, and delivering positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day relationships with employer benefit administrators and broker partners. Manage a portfolio of employer groups covering up to 80,000 employee lives. Coordinate assigned onboarding tasks, account updates, routine reporting, and client follow-up activities. Execute approved communication plans that increase awareness and utilization of the CancerCARE program. Assist with introductory client meetings, educational sessions, webinars, and follow-up documentation. Maintain proficiency in CancerCARE products, policies, and procedures. Support patient engagement efforts and achieve a minimum of 10 new patient enrollments per quarter within assigned accounts. Escalate client concerns, coordinate with internal teams, and document follow-up until resolution is confirmed. Support onboarding documentation by helping ensure HubSpot, Helios, ShareFile, eligibility portal access, vendor details, and key contacts are accurate and complete. Assist with standardized touchpoints, client and consultant education, onboarding follow-up, and routine reminders to support early engagement. Maintain proactive communication within assigned scope so routine issues are addressed early and escalations remain minimal. Follow established account management processes and guidance from leadership. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of account management, customer success, healthcare, or client-facing experience. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM or account documentation tools, such as HubSpot, is preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, follow established processes, and work collaboratively across internal teams. Performance Expectations Success in this role will be measured by client touchpoint completion, onboarding documentation accuracy, patient enrollment progress, timely follow-up completion, escalation support, and adherence to established account management processes.
