We seek an enthusiastic individual for a Seasonal On-Site Manager position in Allentown, PA to join our team during our seasonal, increasing peak season.

Pay:

$40,000-$42,000 depending on shift

•Bilingual, Proficient in English and Spanish required

Shifts Available:

1st: 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday-Sunday 2nd: 5:00pm-3:30am, Friday-Sunday Duties or responsibilities would include: Employee orientation Safety training Attendance tracking Employee coaching Payroll/Deductions Recruiting Interviewing Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks Communications with supervisors/leads Management of employee records and software database Providing excellent customer service General office duties Client Communication Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues Ability to answer frequent questions regarding payroll, direct deposit, health benefits, scheduling, etc The ideal candidate will possess: Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to interact professionally with clients at all levels of employees in a fast-paced environment Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and associates Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
