What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:

Supervise, coach, and develop a front-end team of 30-40 associates, creating a positive and motivated work environment.

Deliver Great Service:

Champion outstanding customer experiences and set the standard for friendly, efficient service.

Keep Things Running Smoothly:

Manage schedules, monitor cash operations, and ensure all accounting procedures are accurate and consistent. Stay on

Budget:

Control supply, payroll, and inventory expenses while minimizing waste and maintaining efficiency.

Team Accountability:

Enforce policies and uphold Kennie's standards for professionalism, performance, and customer care.

Maintain Excellence:

Oversee equipment maintenance and support other departments during promotions and store events. What We're Looking For A high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of management or leadership experience in retail, grocery, or a related field. A passion for customer service and building strong relationships with team members and guests alike. Organizational and multitasking skills to handle scheduling, training, and daily operations with ease. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Willingness to travel or relocate to other Kennie's locations for growth and development.
