Responsibilities Support machine operators in the daily setup, adjustment, and operation of industrial manufacturing equipment. Execute routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and peak performance. Collaborate with the production team to maintain a high-paced workflow and meet daily throughput targets. Utilize precision measuring tools to verify product specifications and maintain quality standards. Participate in cross-training initiatives to gain proficiency across multiple production stations. Uphold strict safety protocols and housekeeping standards to maintain a secure and organized work environment. Qualifications Required Skills Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Demonstrated ability to use and interpret various measuring devices accurately. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork. Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial setting.
