Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in supporting our customers by preparing accurate, competitive quotes and guiding customer orders from inquiry through delivery. If you enjoy solving problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building lasting customer relationships, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and manage customer quotations by reviewing RFQs/RFPs, gathering pricing, and coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing exceptional service and timely communication. Manage customer orders throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial inquiry through production and delivery. Communicate order status, pricing, lead times, product availability, and shipping updates. Partner with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Sourcing to ensure accurate quotes and successful order execution. Track quote activity, turnaround time, and conversion rates to support business growth. Resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and identify solutions to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within ERP systems. Build strong, long-term customer relationships while supporting company growth. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred. Preferred Experience Customer quoting, estimating, or proposal preparation. Order management or customer account management. Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience is a plus. Understanding of inventory management or supply chain concepts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 3-5 years of related professional experience.
