Join our Commercial Projects Division as a Dispatcher and play a key role in supporting our growing commercial service team. This role is critical to the success of our commercial service operations, serving as the first point of contact for customers and coordinating technician dispatches and service requests. The candidate must be a hands-on, self-motivated, outgoing and dependable individual with the drive to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize service requests Schedule and track service technicians to maximize their operating efficiency and effectiveness Provide 100% quality on all customer service calls, including timely response to all customer inquiries Communicate with supervisor and other departments to ensure operational effectiveness of our service fleet Earn customer loyalty by consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations Update and maintain customer database

Qualifications/Skills:

High School or Vocational School education 3+ years of dispatching experience General knowledge and background regarding the operation of Commercial HVAC General familiarity with Pittsburgh and surrounding area (distances/highways/etc.) Demonstrate proficiency with tasking and time management Teamwork mindset and personable nature; strong interpersonal communication skills
