CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER - COMMERCIAL CLEANING
Sovereign Commercial Services is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to oversee and manage commercial cleaning accounts throughout the NEPA/Hazleton area and within a 60-mile radius. This is a full-time position requiring a hands-on leader who can effectively manage employees, maintain client relationships, and ensure all facilities meet company and customer standards. Please ensure you read the complete details and the current experience level required, as this position requires the ideal candidate to be open to working various hours, Monday-Friday. Weekend availability is very limited.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and cleaning services for multiple commercial accounts. Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure quality performance. Conduct regular site inspections and address service or performance issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to their needs. Ensure staffing levels, schedules, supplies, and equipment are properly maintained. Handle employee coaching, attendance, performance, and other operational issues. Work closely with management to ensure customer satisfaction and contract requirements are met. Be available to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed. Minimum 3 years of current experience in commercial cleaning/facility services. Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing and able to travel between customer locations throughout the NEPA/Hazleton area and surrounding region (up to a 60-mile radius). Must be flexible and available to work various shifts based on operational needs. Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities. Must be hands-on and willing to assist with cleaning operations when necessary. Company car, cell phone, and iPad provided.
