Job Description
Maryland Communications Group is growing and looking to add an Entry Level Manager who is organized, people-focused, and ready to take on day-to-day operational support. In this role, you'll help coordinate the team, oversee customer support quality, and keep the environment positive while supporting an expanding telecommunications campaign. Our Entry Level Manager goes through hands-on training built around communication, team guidance, and operational support. Day-to-Day for the Entry Level Manager Keep daily team activities running smoothly and workflows organized across assigned territories. Guide new team members through onboarding and provide continued support so customer interactions stay consistent. Review customer engagement activity and flag where the team needs additional coverage or coaching. Keep reporting, scheduling updates, and internal documentation accurate within company systems. Coordinate team meetings, daily planning sessions, and operational updates. Partner with leadership so customer interactions stay aligned with company standards. Step in on customer concerns and escalate when the situation calls for it.
