Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support onsite visitor logistics, badge management, and meeting coordination for a client of ours in Allentown, PA. This position is responsible for ensuring all guests follow facility security protocols, safety regulations, and cGMP requirements while supporting daily front-desk and administrative operations. Responsibilities Create/manage visitor badges; verify identity and required screenings Maintain accurate visitor logs Escort visitors through approved areas; ensure PPE and site rules are followed Coordinate conference room scheduling and catering; set up/reset meeting spaces Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years in reception, hospitality, security, or coordination Strong communication/customer service skills; comfortable with calendars/software Able to stand/walk for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs Pharma/biotech experience a plus (not required) Sy stem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
