Established in 2009, our close-knit team strives to provide the most personalized and caring service in the industry. This is a remote position — after a paid, one-time training period of 4-8 weeks at our Draper, UT office, you'll work from home full-time. Position Summary You'll own the appraisal order lifecycle from intake to delivery, using custom software to keep clients and appraisers aligned every step of the way. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative — who sees a problem, solves it, and keeps stakeholders in the loop. We're looking for a self-starter who is analytical and proactive about staying current with industry best practices. Real estate, mortgage, or appraisal industry experience is a strong plus — you'll ramp up faster if you already understand how the appraisal process works. What You'll Own Order intake & assignment — Review incoming appraisal orders to ensure we have all required information, then assign to the right appraiser on our rotating panel based on client, location, product type, and due date Client & appraiser communication — Be the primary point of contact between clients and appraisers, using web messaging, email, phone, and text to keep everyone informed Deadline management — Proactively follow up with appraisers to keep orders on track, flagging risks to clients before they become problems, not after Compliance & training — Complete required training, and staying current on evolving industry standards Customer support — Field service calls and troubleshoot basic website issues for clients Data handling — Follow company and industry guidelines to keep sensitive information secure at all times What Success Looks Like Orders move through the pipeline in a timely and efficient manner Clients trust you to flag issues before they ask You spot patterns such as recurring client needs, and adjust your approach for future success You know when to make the call yourself and when to loop in a manager As a team player, you take ownership of mistakes and show up when others need help Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of ownership and accountability — you follow through without reminders Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while staying connected to a team Preferred Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or appraisal industries Familiarity with appraisal terminology or the appraisal management process Prior experience with AMC (Appraisal Management Company) software or workflows
Additional Information Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm (no weekends)
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00/hour
