This mid-sized CPA firm in Woburn is looking for a Manager to join their Client Accounting Services (OMA/CAAS) team. You'll work closely with owner managed businesses, helping clients understand their numbers, improve processes and make better business decisions, rather than just pushing through month end close after month end close. No traditional busy season. The workload stays pretty steady throughout the year. Summer Fridays off. Hybrid, or remote all work here. 25 days PTO from day one. Strong benefits. Client Accounting Services Manager Job responsibilities: Manage outsourced accounting engagements for owner managed businesses across a range of industries Review monthly financial reporting, reconciliations and close processes to ensure accuracy and quality Act as a key client contact, providing advisory support and helping improve accounting processes and operations Mentor and develop staff while managing workflows, deadlines and client deliverables.
