Job Description
Micrologic Associates is a leading technology solutions provider for the car wash and related industries. We build the systems our customers run their businesses on, empowering them to grow more profitable washes through smarter products, dependable service, and a team that has their back. Our product suite includes all the software needed to run and grow a wash (POS, memberships, payments, CRM, reporting, etc.) along with the related hardware and support services that keep it all running. We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Client Success Manager to own our most strategic and complex customer relationships. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes the time to understand what each account really needs, and works to get ahead of issues before they arise. The best candidates are natural relationship builders who connect easily with people at every level, from on-site staff to senior executives. As the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, you'll build trusted partnerships, drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and long-term account growth, and work closely with teams across Micrologic to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of enterprise accounts Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders (ranging from on-site employees to executive leadership) Be the liaison between customers and our internal teams, translating what customers need into action and coordinating the right resources to get it done Lead Executive and Quarterly Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and customer meetings, both virtually and on-site Learn each customer's business inside and out, and deliver strategic recommendations that maximize the value they get from Micrologic Own customer escalations through to resolution, keeping every stakeholder informed along the way Proactively monitor account health, spot risks early, and build action plans that protect satisfaction and retention Develop deep expertise in Micrologic's products and service offerings, and keep that knowledge current as our platform grows Drive adoption across the Micrologic platform and identify opportunities to grow accounts with additional solutions Travel to customer sites and industry events as needed, representing Micrologic with professionalism Stay on top of industry news, market shifts, and competitor activity Take on other responsibilities as the business needs them Core Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years in B2B Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer facing role, including 2+ years managing mid size or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders Prior experience working in a software, SaaS, or technology environment Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving abilities Proven ability to collaborate across departments Strong organizational, project, and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive, self-motivated professional who's energized by helping customers succeed A collaborative team player with a strong focus on goals and a creative approach to solving problems Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms Preferred, but not Required Experience with POS software Familiarity with hardware-plus-software product environments Car wash or related industry experience
