This is an entry-level salaried position with advanced on-the-job training provided. No manufacturing experience is required. What You'll Do Communicate directly with customers regarding RFQs, pricing, lead times, and order updates Prepare and manage customer quotes Enter customer and quote information into Zakobe's ERP system Follow up on open quotes and customer opportunities Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries Support customer communication and sales-related activities Assist with certifications, shipping paperwork, and customer documentation requests Coordinate internally with leadership regarding customer needs and project requirements Maintain organized communication records and account activity Help support a professional, responsive customer experience As experience grows, opportunities may expand into: Customer relationship management Strategic account support Trade shows and customer visits Limited business travel Hybrid or remote work opportunities based on performance and role development What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication High attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable learning technical manufacturing concepts Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Self-motivated and career-focused mindset No prior manufacturing experience is required.
