Real Estate Operations & Client Services Manager The Jamie Curry Group | Luxury Real Estate Full-Time | Primarily Remote | Southwest Florida The Jamie Curry Group is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Operations & Client Services Manager to serve as the operational right hand to a high-producing luxury real estate agent serving Boca Grande, Placida and the surrounding Southwest Florida market. This is not a traditional virtual assistant position, a part-time administrative role, or a stepping stone into real estate sales. We are looking for a highly capable, career-minded professional who genuinely enjoys supporting a busy executive, creating order, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. The right person will be proactive rather than reactive. You are someone who sees what needs to happen next, often before being asked, and takes pride in making the people around you more effective. The Role You will oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative side of a sophisticated luxury real estate business, allowing the lead agent to remain focused on clients, strategy, negotiations and business development.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing listing and transaction timelines from preparation through closing Coordinating contracts, disclosures, inspections, appraisals, title matters, surveys and closing requirements Preparing and organizing listing documentation and MLS information Managing calendars, appointments, deadlines and follow-up Coordinating photographers, contractors, inspectors, title companies, attorneys and other vendors Communicating professionally with buyers, sellers, agents and service providers Maintaining transaction files and ensuring required documentation is complete and organized Managing CRM data, client records and follow-up systems Preparing client updates, correspondence, reports and property information Assisting with listing launches and ensuring all operational details are completed on schedule Creating and maintaining checklists, workflows and systems Monitoring outstanding items and proactively following through until they are resolved Working closely with the team's Marketing Director to coordinate listing and client initiatives Helping identify opportunities to streamline and improve the way the business operates Handling miscellaneous executive-assistant responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving real estate environment Who We're Looking For You are exceptionally organized, resourceful and detail-oriented, but equally important, you have a service mindset . You communicate beautifully and professionally, whether you're speaking with a client, attorney, contractor, title company or another real estate professional. You are technologically confident and comfortable learning new systems. And perhaps most importantly, you genuinely enjoy supporting a highly productive person and helping them perform at their best. Ideal Background Prior real estate experience is highly desirable, particularly in real estate operations, transaction coordination, listing management or executive support. We would also welcome candidates with strong experience in areas such as: Real estate law or paralegal work Title or closing services Executive assistance Luxury hospitality or private client services Property management Professional services or other deadline-driven environments A Florida real estate license is not required . This position is not intended to develop into a sales-agent role. Work Environment This is a full-time, primarily work-from-home position , not a freelance or work-when-convenient virtual assistant role. The successful candidate must maintain regular business-hour availability and be highly responsive throughout the workday. Because the business is based in the Boca Grande/Placida area, Southwest Florida candidates are strongly preferred . Occasional in-person meetings, property-related assignments or team needs may be required. What Success Looks Like Six months into this position, you know the business well enough to anticipate what is coming next. Deadlines aren't being chased because you've already handled them. Client questions are anticipated. Files are organized. Vendors are followed up with. The calendar makes sense. Transactions move forward. Problems are identified early. And instead of asking, "What do you need me to do?" , you're often saying: "I've already taken care of it." Qualifications Demonstrated success in a high-level administrative, operations, transaction or executive-support role Exceptional organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Strong follow-through and personal accountability Ability to prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment High degree of discretion and professionalism Comfortable working independently from home while remaining highly connected to the team Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new platforms Experience with real estate transactions, contracts, CRM systems or MLS platforms is a significant plus Smokers will not be considered and reliable transportation is required.
