Candidates must reside in the same country where the role is located. Position located in Richmond, VA. Hybrid work schedule will require several days in office each week. Job Profile Summary Manages the day-to-day work of the State Licensing team. Works with client expectations and ensures the delivery of business services and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and client retention. Responsibilities Analyze the customer's requirement and ensure that the outcomes are delivered on time, follows high quality standards, and meets customer's expectations. Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature. Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients to ensure clients obtain maximum value from services. Ensures excellent customer service from team members on State Licensing team. Ensures the team's adherence to state filing deadlines. Handles billing and related inquiries. Manages members of State Licensing team. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required. Requires a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience managing people/teams required. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
