Join our friendly service team and work with the best in the business. In this role, you'll be a crucial point of contact for our valued clients, and your professional demeanor and communication skills will help deliver the top-quality service they deserve. You'll serve as the central hub for our service department, supporting a dedicated team of six Service Advisors and coordinating our premium pick-up and delivery services. If you have experience in customer service, scheduling, or hospitality and are eager to grow into a vibrant role with a prestigious luxury brand, we'd love to hear from you. Job Responsibilities Serve as an additional point of contact for inbound service inquiries, scheduling and modifying appointments for new and existing Mercedes-Benz clients. Work with our dispatch team on daily logistics for our customer pick-up and delivery service, ensuring seamless transportation and loaner vehicle hand-offs. Collaborate directly with our six Service Advisors to help where needed. Provide exceptional, solution-oriented customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Follow up with clients regarding appointment confirmations, special parts orders, and post-service satisfaction.What We're Looking For Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, dispatch, or scheduling. (Automotive dealership or BDC experience is highly preferred, but not strictly required for the right candidate).Skills:
Strong computer literacy, ability to learn new scheduling software quickly, and excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to present yourself professionally.Pacing:
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Mindset:
A positive, professional attitude with a genuine commitment to delivering luxury-level client care.What We Offer Schedule:
