Job Description
Serve as the voice of Cabinets To Go , supporting our customers, stores, and contractors. This role handles inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and store tickets, with a focus on installation service support and resolving escalated matters. You'll document cases, fulfill POs and parts orders, and coordinate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and tickets professionally Coordinate with Install Right , stores, and contractors to resolve escalated issues Create, track, and resolve tickets, POs, and parts orders Generate parts pricing and approve within assigned LOA Enter work orders (WO) in CMC and POs in NetSuite Support Gracious Home Cabinetry, Thomas Baker Outdoor Furniture, and Premiere Cabinetry claims Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Act as lead on duty when management is unavailable Skills & Requirements 2+ years of customer service experience Skilled with ticketing systems, Excel, and customer support software Strong multi-tasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills Team player who can work independently and meet deadlines
