$18/hr to $24/hour on W2 Schedule Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Required onsite: Monday, Tuesday, and one additional day Working hours: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Order Management Representative to manage assigned customer accounts and oversee the complete order lifecycle. This position will serve as a key point of contact for customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are accurately processed, communicated, and fulfilled on time. This is not a call-center position . The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, logistics, or a related environment. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the complete order lifecycle, including customer setup, order entry, modifications, escalations, and logistics coordination. Act as a primary point of contact for customers, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and cross-functional teams. Monitor customer orders and ensure they are processed and shipped according to established deadlines. Provide accurate and timely order status updates and documentation to customers. Research and resolve complex customer inquiries using knowledge of business processes, systems, and procedures. Handle escalations and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate records of internal and external customer interactions. Ensure required export and shipping documentation is completed in accordance with applicable policies. Coordinate with quality and manufacturing teams regarding customer quality issues. Submit material or process non-conformance claims through the appropriate quality management system. Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports. Support customer service initiatives and departmental goals. Participate in or lead process improvement projects. Support customer visits and other customer-related activities as needed. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience . Customer service or customer support experience. Order management, order processing, or order fulfillment experience. Supply chain or logistics experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with MS Excel . Understanding of supply chain and order fulfillment processes. Experience with credits and debits. Some SOX/compliance experience. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
