Job Description

Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing shift operations embedded in our customers facility. This position is responsible for shift scheduling, customer communications, key performance indicator achievement, as well as other activities as directed by the manager and the customer. In this Management position manufacturing experience, customer focus and leadership capabilities are mandatory.
Essential Functions:
This position is responsible for supporting all activities covered under the scope of work as defined by Cross Company and the customer.

Day-to-day quality performance of the SiteScheduling and absentee management Ensures that all Service Technicians are properly trained and are performing their scope of work in accordance with corporate quality requirements. Ensures any related customer and employee items are addressed and the loop is closed through prompt, professional communication
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred; management experience, preferably in a similar business or Service related industryKnowledge of calibration policies, procedures, methodologies and procedure writing skillsExcellent presentation, written, and personal communication skillsAdvanced quantitative and analytical skills with PC proficiencyMust demonstrate excellent customer service and build customer relationshipsThe ability to think creatively, take initiative, multitask and manage projects under pressureMust demonstrate self motivation, initiative, honesty, integrity, and attention to detailMust identify best practices and bring innovation to the work environment;Must be able to work a flexible schedule to support the business.
