This is a non-medical home-care position. The Field Supervisor serves as a connection between clients, caregivers, and the office. This person conducts supervisory visits, follows up with clients, supports and coaches caregivers, and helps ensure care plans and company policies are followed. Responsibilities Client Care Conduct scheduled supervisory visits in a timely manner. Review client care plans and ensure services are being provided as directed. Follow up with clients regarding satisfaction, concerns, or changes in condition. Report hospitalizations, incidents, and client status changes promptly. Assist with client and caregiver introductions and care transitions. Document visits, concerns, and follow-up accurately. Caregiver Support Coach caregivers regarding attendance, professionalism, performance, and client care. Make sure caregivers understand each client's care plan and expectations. Address caregiver and client concerns and report serious issues to management. Support caregiver accountability, retention, and recognition. Help caregivers provide compassionate, dependable, and respectful service. Quality Assurance Review caregiver documentation for accuracy and completion. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Assist with incident reports and investigations. Identify concerns or service trends and recommend improvements. Maintain clear communication with the scheduling and administrative teams. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing is required. Minimum of two years of home-care experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, customer-service, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Compassionate, dependable, professional, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance. Ability to travel throughout Love Well Care Services' service area.
