Job Description

Responsible for supervision of the student support center that provides student support services to prospective and current students. Associate's degree from a U.S. regionally or nationally accredited institution of higher learning required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Two years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with a Bachelor's Degree. Or Four years administrative experience in a customer service environment is required with an Associate's Degree. Supervisor experience preferred. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, Internet usage. Ability to use student information systems. Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision, seeking assistance as needed. Ability to work under stressful conditions in a fast-paced environment. Above average written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to give clear, concise directions verbally and in writing. Ability to analyze a situation to identify a problem to be solved; collect supporting documents and recommend further action. Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and students from diverse backgrounds. Responsible for maintaining schedule for lobby staff and ensuring quality services. Responsible for assisting individuals, directing to appropriate departments as needed. Continuously updating students on TracCloud to ensure movement in a timely manner. Maintains a follow up system on referrals with other departments. Responsible for the production of CTC ID cards for faculty, students, and other authorized individuals. Provides continuous training to subordinates to ensure quality customer service through a client friendly environment. Assists students with registration for classes. Updates MedProctor on student bacterial meningitis vaccination shot records. Assists with Admissions campus events when necessary.
