Job Description

Job Summary:
Primary function is supervising Attendant services and monitor appropriate staffing and productivity. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, client, their family, and referring agency. Monitors and analyzes QI issues and directs staff with regard to Agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must have completed at least two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university. An individual with a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) , you may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college.
Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, must be able to read, write and comprehend English. Demonstrates proven decision-making skills.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation and current auto liability insurance.
Essential Functions:
Promotes the philosophy, mission, and administrative policies of the Agency to ensure quality of client services. Supervises and provides direction to subordinates, in an effort to ensure quality and continuity of services. Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency. Promotes compliance of policies and procedures through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary. Monitors systems and identifies problem areas to Administrator. Evaluates and reports client services to the Administrator. Directs and coordinates Agency attendant services and assumes responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered. Participates in activities relevant to services furnished including development and assignment of Agency personnel. Assures a client's Individualized Services Plan is developed and executed as written. Assures that reassessment and supervisory visits are performed as appropriate.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
