Job Description
Drive Market Growth:
Build and execute client strategies that expand our footprint across Virginia, increasing market share and introducing new services.Develop Key Relationships:

What You Bring Proven ability to grow client relationships and drive business development in the water/wastewater infrastructure space Strong leadership experience managing projects, people, and client accounts A strategic mindset with the ability to see opportunities and turn them into action Financial acumen with experience managing revenue targets, project performance, and ROI Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field 15+ years of relevant experience in consulting, engineering, or infrastructure services Experience leading client accounts, programs, or multiple projects Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools This position is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.Benefits summary:
