Responsible for all tasks associated with staffing, communicating with and mentoring caregivers, and communicating with clients and their family members. Start working right away with the goal of transitioning to a permanent, full-time role. The primary business objective is to provide excellent customer service, mentor and retain high-quality caregivers, and increase our billable hours to meet business objectives.Job Duties:
Handling logistics and customer support associated with new client service Staffing Caregivers on client shifts Communicating with clients and their family members about their care and about our services Collaborating with shared care providers Maintaining online client charts and documenting client communications Perform client and caregiver quality calls Participate in caregiver orientation process Visiting clients in their homes, on occasionJob Requirements:
