Relationships matter. We are looking for a Receptionist & Client Experience Coordinator who can represent our firm with professionalism, warmth, confidence, and positive energy.
What You'll Do:
  • Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls with enthusiasm and care
  • Respond to emails promptly and professionally
  • Help keep office operations organized and running smoothly
  • Assist with opening new files and administrative tasks
  • Build positive relationships with clients, referral partners, and team members
  • Learn and navigate our online systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
  • A naturally friendly, polished, and engaging personality
  • Excellent communication skills — in person, by phone, and through email
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating exceptional experiences
  • Hospitality, restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, or customer service experience is a major plus We can teach systems and processes.

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
