This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers; Identify additional opportunities for current customers and partner with the sales team; Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service; Collaborate with sales, production, and scheduling, Collaborate as needed to ensure proper art; Organize, enter, and maintain data regarding client artwork, items, raw goods, finished goods, inventory, compliance, pricing, and other relevant information; Attend customer visits and department/company meetings as required; Participate in the CAPA team process for corrective and preventive action; Support customers through pricing, proposals, shipping/receiving, and billing; Participate in the NPSS (New Product Specification/New Part Approval) process; Support other account managers and the sales team as needed. Additional duties as assigned.
