We are seeking a Customer Service Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing operations. This role manages customer quotations, order accuracy, project communication, and coordination across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through delivery. Key Focus of the Role Coordinate customer projects through the quotation and order fulfillment process while ensuring accuracy, timely communication, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Process customer quote requests and maintain quote records. Track quote activity and coordinate revisions. Review purchase orders against approved quotations for accuracy. Resolve discrepancies involving pricing, specifications, quantities, and lead times. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams. Communicate production, material, scheduling, and shipping updates to customers. Coordinate shipping arrangements and delivery communication. Maintain accurate CRM and order management records. Support continuous improvement initiatives and reporting activities. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years of customer service, sales support, project coordination, or order management experience preferred. Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
