Job Description

STS Technical Services is hiring Field Service Managers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
STS Technical Services is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to support a rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is built for leaders who know how to coordinate field operations, support customer-facing service teams, and maintain operational control across multiple active projects and geographic regions.

Position Summary
The Field Service Manager will oversee a growing Field Service team responsible for post-production warranty support, upgrades, and customer service operations throughout the United States. This position requires strong leadership, scheduling coordination, operational planning, and employee development skills to support expanding business demands.
Job Responsibilities Coordinate scheduling and deployment of field service personnel with Project Managers across Gen and MEC divisions
Support post-production warranty work, upgrades, and field service operations throughout the United States
Provide training and ongoing development for Field Service personnel as project requirements evolve
Ensure Field Service teams have the tools, equipment, and operational resources required to complete assigned projects
Work closely with management teams to develop hiring strategies that support current workloads and future growth objectives
Manage the tracking, maintenance, and operational readiness of company vehicles and field equipment
Support customer-facing service operations while maintaining strong communication and responsiveness
Assist in resolving operational challenges and field-related issues efficiently and professionally Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a customer service-focused team
Experience managing field service personnel across large geographic regions preferred
Minimum of 5 years of management or hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and/or building construction environments
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations involving employees, customers, or operational challenges
Passion for employee development, mentorship, and team support
