About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for established customers, helping resolve equipment issues, coordinating spare parts orders, and ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the process. Working closely with our Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Accounting teams, you'll help coordinate manufacturing, manage warranty claims, prepare quotes, and keep projects moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding installed equipment and spare parts. Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate appropriate solutions. Prepare customer quotes and obtain pricing and lead times from vendors. Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests. Enter customer orders into the ERP system (Encompix) and prepare shipping documentation. Coordinate with Engineering to obtain drawings for manufactured replacement parts. Create and release shop orders while monitoring fabrication progress. Maintain organized customer records and documentation. Work with vendors to resolve warranty claims and outstanding credits. Develop spare parts recommendations by collaborating with Engineering and Purchasing. Evaluate warranty eligibility for customer requests. Route completed orders to Accounting for billing. Gather service costs and prepare documentation for invoicing. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience interpreting blueprints or technical drawings in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Customer-first mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service. Preferred Previous customer service or inside sales experience. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Encompix.
