About the Job Heritage Tile seeks a Design Consultant & Client Success Manager to join our Operations team in Verona, WI. As a Design Consultant & Client Success Manager, your role will be to assist clients across a wide range of new construction and remodeling projects, hospitality design, historic preservation, and sustainable building. You will guide clients through all aspects of tile design, installation, care & maintenance, historical references, aesthetic details, color and finish, and coordination with other surfaces. This is a vital role combining strong relationship-building skills, sharp organization to manage complex project timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with internal design and production teams to guide projects from initial consultation to successful completion. Duties Own a portfolio of client accounts, managing relationships from initial design consultation and project quotation preparation through closing the sale and final project completion. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing complex design questions, material specifications, order exceptions, and project coordination needs. Collaborate directly with homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers on fine project design details. Work with internal stakeholders (such as interior architects, 3D modeling specialists, and production team members) to facilitate accurate project fulfillment. Process sales orders and purchase orders, expedite production work orders, and handle necessary project administration. Manage and prioritize workflow across assigned accounts based on client needs, manufacturing lead times, and project timelines. Coordinate with the Customer Service Representative team on new or unassigned inquiries routed to your accounts. Collaborate internally on ongoing operational and process optimization. Handle and resolve customer escalations and order exceptions smoothly within your accounts. Participate in new team-member onboarding. Become a product expert in Heritage Tile's growing portfolio of specialized ceramic tile and stone products.
We Value:
A degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field (required). 2+ years of experience in interior design, architectural sales, or upscale material showroom management. A strong appreciation for aesthetics and the ability to comfortably interpret design plans or blueprints. A natural customer-centric mindset balanced with excellent project management and organizational planning skills. Resourcefulness, strong problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of supply chain basics. Exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, and sales-closing skills.Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$60,000 - $65,000 / year (dependent on experience and qualifications)Schedule:
