In this role, you'll join our Customer Experience Team as a key contributor, gaining hands-on experience with real-world applications while building the foundation for a successful career. You'll collaborate closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure precision in product selection and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. You'll not only build strong technical knowledge but also develop valuable communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
What You'll Do:
Serve as a key resource on the Customer Experience Team, supporting complex requests and continuously developing your expertise Build strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming a trusted partner and point of contact Assist with processing orders, quotes, and customer inquiries across a variety of accounts Apply your engineering knowledge to support product selection and generate accurate, competitive quotations Coordinate order processing to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery Provide timely updates and proactively manage order status and customer expectations Analyze inventory needs and recommend solutions to best support customers Collaborate with technical teams to resolve challenges and deliver high-quality solutions Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience Support team growth by sharing knowledge and helping others develop If you're a motivated engineering graduate looking for a role where you can learn quickly, make an impact, and grow with a company that's on the rise, we'd love to hear from you!
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
Experience:
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Recent or upcoming graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Skills & Attributes:
Outgoing personality with a strong desire to build relationships Effective communicator, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Additional Requirements :
Ability to work at a desk for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per day) Willingness and ability to travel overnight as needed
