Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide clear, step-by-step guidance related to account access, applications, and services Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and follow-ups Submit and manage internal tickets using established processes Identify potential fraud or risk exposure and recommend appropriate actions (e.g., account restrictions, alerts, or escalations) Collect and maintain documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask across multiple systems in real time Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
